Transportable Thermal Treatment MT owns and operates the following three transportable thermal treatment units for recycling contaminated soil: The Indirect Thermal Desorption System (IDS), an indirectly-heated thermal desorption system designed to treat soils contaminated with a range of compounds, including polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs). Low to medium temperature Thermal Desorption System (TDS) for treating soils contaminated with volatile organic compounds (VOCs), semi-volatile organic compounds (SVOCs), polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and petroleum products. High temperature thermal treatment unit (TTU) for decontaminating soils contaminated with PCBs and halogenated compounds. Industrial Facility Decontamination/Restoration MT specializes in the industrial decontamination of facilities and equipment contaminated with PCBs, lead, asbestos and other hazardous materials. MT's industrial decontamination practices commonly include high-pressure spray washing, steam cleaning and scarifying contaminated surfaces. Environmental Demolition and Dismantlement Maxymillian Technologies combines heavy construction experience with environmental technology to perform sensitive environmental demolition work. MT has successfully conducted several challenging, large-scale environmental demolition projects. Site Assessment, LSP, Drilling and Spill Response MT employs licensed site professionals to provide comprehensive assessment, design and oversight services for small projects throughout Massachusetts. MT is an active spill response contractor for the states of MA and NY and maintains a complete fleet of spill response equipment and materials. Drilling services include the installation of both groundwater monitoring and recovery wells, and environmental and geotechnical subsurface investigation. Mobile Water Treatment Systems Maxymillian Technologies designs, builds and operates permanent and mobile water treatment systems for decontaminating groundwater, surface runoff water, wash water and wastewater. MT has also constructed permanent water treatment systems, including air strippers and carbon adsorption, that prevent migration of groundwater contaminated with PCBs, VOCs, and SVOCs. Tank Removal and Installation MT has completed numerous UST remediation projects. MT provides UST consultation, removal, disposal and any associated soil management. MT will also provide tank upgrades and installations. Fixed Soil Facilities Maxymillian Technologies operates two soil remediation systems that recycle petroleum and SVOC-contaminated materials. The facilities accept soils form throughout the Northeast. RE-SOIL is a thermal soil recycling facility that has treated over 350, 000 tons of petroleum, PAH and coal tar contaminated soils. This system is currently located in Western Massachusetts. EN-CAP is a cold-batch asphalt encapsulation process that stabilizes petroleum contaminated materials for future reuse. This facility is also located in Western Massachusetts. Landfill Closures MT has performed several landfill closures involving extensive erosion and stormwater control, installation of gas venting systems, installation of geosynthetic liners, drainage systems, and monitoring wells.
